The CB-28 operates on standard household current, eliminating the need for expensive wiring. A 28" diameter Blue Flex™ fan, reminiscent of an airplane, powered by a 1/3 HP motor, circulates air through a venturi fan cone that concentrates velocity, creating a powerful and directional whirlwind of coldness.
