Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order in our system and that your credit card has been pre-authorized for the transaction. At this point, we immediately contact our suppliers to verify the item is in stock and ready for shipment. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the item(s) are confirmed to be available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will charge your card and proceed with the order fulfillment.

Orders are handled, packaged, and shipped according to the shipping schedule, packaging standards, and carrier choices of the Manufacturer. Delivery times may vary depending on the Manufacturer and the size of your order. Lead times are subject to change at any time without notice. Items marked "Built-to-order":
For any item labeled "Built-to-order", we will first contact the manufacturer to obtain a lead time and then confirm that with you before charging your credit card. If the quoted lead time is not acceptable to you and manufacturing has not started, we will cancel the pre-authorization and void the order. However, once the manufacturing process has begun, the order cannot be canceled, and the charges will be processed.


Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and your payment has been processed, it will be shipped within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, using the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days of placing your order, you are welcome to follow up at Sales@machinerymartusa.com.

Please note: We do not ship outside the United States. (Some exceptions apply – if the website allows you to enter your shipping address and complete the checkout process, you will receive your order. Select products may be available in Canada.)


Shipping Times
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Shipping estimates are based on information provided by our suppliers and freight partners, and are subject to change without prior notice (due to ongoing supply chain disruptions, delays from steel mills, manufacturing backlogs, high shipping demand, labor shortages at factories, warehouses, and ports, etc.). We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these ongoing challenges.


Shipping Options
Our standard "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is always free! Delivery typically takes between 5 to 15 days to reach your location after the order is submitted. We will update this policy page as we introduce more shipping options for our customers.


Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare case your shipment arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to document the damage on the Delivery Receipt and decline the shipment by noting it on the driver’s handheld device.

We strongly encourage you to inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

If your item arrives damaged and you wish to return it, do not sign the delivery receipt—instead, make a note on the receipt indicating the damage.

You, the customer, are responsible for filing a freight claim with the carrier. However, Machinery Mart USA will support and advocate for you during the claims process. If it is confirmed that the item was damaged in transit, we will ship a replacement to you at no cost.

Please notify us immediately if you suspect your order is lost in transit. We will work with the carrier to track it down. Once the issue is reported, Machinery Mart USA will allow up to two weeks for the carrier to locate the shipment. If the item cannot be found and the carrier confirms it as lost after all possibilities have been explored, we will ship a replacement item to you free of charge.
