Returns
Machinery Mart USA is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers feel confident in their online purchases. Our return policy applies exclusively to unused items and is distinct from any warranty-related claims.
Please note that not all orders are eligible for return once shipped. As we source our products directly from the manufacturer, we must follow their return policies. If a manufacturer does not allow returns, we are unable to accommodate one on our end. Return eligibility can vary on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us for details specific to your product and brand.
If an Item is Eligible for Return
We accept returns for a refund, including any sales tax, for up to 30 days from the shipment date—provided the item is unused. Items that have been mounted to a machine's attachment plate, connected to hydraulics, operated, or show any signs of use are no longer returnable unless covered by a warranty claim. Products marked as Clearance, Closeout, Demo, Used, or Prototype are sold as-is and cannot be returned under any circumstance.
Items are no longer eligible for return or refund after 30 days from the date of shipment.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee may apply at the discretion of the manufacturer and will also be the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned without prior authorization will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense. If return is not possible, we will store the item free of charge for 3 business days before applying storage fees to the customer’s account ($10/day for parcels, $100/day for pallets/crates). If an item remains unreturned for over 30 days, it will be considered abandoned and surrendered.

Refunds
Cancellations (Before an Order Ships)
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment at no cost (except for built-to-order or financed items; see below). If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at Sales@machinerymartusa.com to ensure a full refund can be issued before the item leaves the warehouse.
Cancellations of Built-to-Order Products
Built-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are made specifically per your order.
The manufacturer’s warranty will ensure that your product is fully functional and meets operational standards.
All sales of built-to-order products are final.
Standard Orders (Non-Financed)
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the manufacturer’s refund policy. Machinery Mart USA strictly adheres to the policies set by the product manufacturer.
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the order’s shipment. After 30 days, refund eligibility expires.
A 40% restocking fee will be charged for the return.
The product must be either in its original packaging or repackaged acceptably, with prior approval from the manufacturer.
It must be unused and remain unmodified from its original form.
Customers must provide a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase (such as the Online Order Number) for the refund to be processed.
We will notify you once the manufacturer receives and inspects your return, and inform you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us at Sales@machinerymartusa.com.
Financed Orders (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Cancellations or refund requests for financed orders must be made in writing via email to your assigned Machinery Mart USA Sales Representative or by phone at 786-869-3959, and must be submitted at least 24 business hours before the order is scheduled to ship or be “funded” by the financing provider.
Once a financed order is shipped, it is considered fully funded and is non-refundable. Returns are not accepted once a financed order has shipped. Before choosing financing, we strongly encourage you to consult with a representative of your financier or a Machinery Mart USA team member to ensure this payment method suits your needs.
Provided the order has not yet shipped and all requirements are met, we will need a receipt, purchase order, or Online Order Number to initiate a refund.
Exchanges
If you mistakenly ordered an item that is incompatible with your machine, we’ll gladly assist you in arranging an exchange. All exchange requests are subject to approval from both Machinery Mart USA and the item’s manufacturer.

Exchanges are only approved if the item qualifies under the same criteria as a return (applies to both financed and non-financed orders).
The exchange request must be made within 30 days of the item’s shipping date. After this window, exchanges will no longer be accepted.
The product must be in its original packaging or repackaged satisfactorily after receiving manufacturer approval.
The item must be unused and remain in its original condition without modifications.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, purchase order, or Online Order Number, must be provided.
If your exchange is approved, you’ll be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement item. You’ll need to purchase the new item separately, and we recommend doing this promptly to avoid delays. Once the original item is received and inspected by the manufacturer, you will be refunded for the initial order. Be aware that you may see two charges on your account until the refund has been issued for the returned item.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your shipment arrives damaged, it is essential that you document the damage on the Delivery Receipt and refuse the delivery by noting it on the driver’s handheld device.
We strongly encourage you to inspect your items thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.
If your item is damaged and you wish to return it, do not sign the delivery receipt—instead, make a note indicating the damage.
You, the customer, must file a freight claim with the shipping carrier. Attachments King will support you throughout the claims process and help resolve the issue with the carrier. If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, we will ship you a replacement at no extra cost.
If you believe your order is lost in transit, please inform us as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the carrier to track your shipment. Machinery Mart USA allows up to two weeks after initiating contact with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier confirms the order is lost and all alternatives have been exhausted, Machinery Mart USA will send a replacement at no additional cost.
